Our mindset can be the greatest barrier to movement and staying active. Allied health professionals are well versed in strategies to help you take small steps towards your goal.
Consider your motivators such as a hobby you enjoy. or even the Australian physical activity and exercise guidelines for a longer, healthier life with a better quality of life.
Goals are important and sometimes it is meeting with an allied health professional first to uncover your goals before you even start treatment. This can help you with writing up your goals for your NDIS plan for future funding.
